Every image on Art by Innovation is an original work, and the artist who made it holds the copyright in it — Jeff Dupler for most of the catalog, and the artist member themselves for work published through an artist account. Which license applies to a given file depends on which tier it came from, not on who made it.

Public gallery images — PUBLIC-1.0

The watermarked previews shown in the public galleries. Free to view, modify for personal use, and repost on social media, provided the author credit stays visible on the image or in the adjacent caption. Resale and AI training are prohibited.

Members gallery images — MEMBERS-1.0

The clean high-resolution files available to active members. Strictly personal use. You may save and modify them for yourself, but you may not repost, redistribute, share them with non-members, or use them commercially.

These two URLs are also written into the embedded copyright metadata of every file we publish, so an image carries a pointer back to its own license wherever it travels.

Artists publishing here

An artist member keeps copyright in their own work and grants Art by Innovation only a non-exclusive license to host, display and credit it. They choose per gallery whether it appears in the free galleries alone or also in the paid tiers, and they can withdraw it at any time.
