The Maid of Orleans, painted as what she actually was – a teenager who walked into a war and made grown soldiers follow her. This is my Joan of Arc collection: young women in chrome-bright tooled leather, tribal scrollwork engraved across the breastplate, layered war kilts hung with split metal rings, and knee-high boots carrying the Fleur-de-lis she took as her own. I set them on ground that is still burning – churned mud and shattered siege timbers, breached curtain walls, frozen plains studded with fallen spears, ruined chapels standing open to the weather. Some carry the banner. Some carry a longsword, a spear, a kite shield, a torn standard hauled back out of the mire. Every age, every race, every build, because the courage was never about the face. Smoke rolls low, the chrome takes the dents, and not one of them looks away. Created by Jeff Dupler, using the latest in AI technology.
