Ownership
Every image published here is an original work created by Jeff Dupler using AI tools — Flux.1, ComfyUI, MidJourney and related software — followed by human curation, retouching, and finishing in Photoshop. Jeff Dupler is the sole copyright holder. Viewing, downloading, or reposting an image does not transfer copyright, and no license beyond the ones described below is granted at any time.
Which license applies
Two licenses govern the artwork, depending on which tier a file came from:
- Public Gallery Images — PUBLIC-1.0. Watermarked previews. Personal use, and reposting permitted with visible author credit. Resale prohibited.
- Members Gallery Images — MEMBERS-1.0. Clean high-resolution files for active members. Strictly personal use. Redistribution and resale prohibited.

Embedded copyright metadata
Every file we publish carries its copyright information inside the file itself — the creator, the copyright notice, the rights statement, and a link back to the license that governs it. Removing or altering that embedded metadata, like removing a watermark, is a violation of the license and, in many jurisdictions, of copyright management information law.
AI training
No image on this site may be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise condition any machine learning model or dataset without prior written permission. This applies to every tier, including the watermarked public previews, and it applies to automated collection as much as to manual downloading.
Reporting infringement
If you believe your work has been infringed by material on this site, send a notice to jeff@artbyinnovation.com including: identification of the work, the URL of the material you are complaining about, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and your signature. We respond to complete notices promptly.
If you find our artwork being used elsewhere in breach of these terms, we would be glad to hear about it at the same address.
