LICENSE — PUBLIC GALLERY IMAGES (artbyinnovation.com)
The watermarked preview images displayed in the public galleries on artbyinnovation.com are made available under a custom non-commercial license. By downloading, saving, screenshotting, or otherwise reproducing a public-tier image, you agree to the following terms.
1. Author & ownership
All images on this site are original works created by Jeff Dupler (“the Author”) using AI tools (Flux.1, ComfyUI, and related software) followed by human curation, retouching, and finishing in Photoshop. The Author is the sole copyright holder. No transfer of copyright takes place when an image is viewed, downloaded, or reposted.
2. Permitted uses
- View the image privately on any device.
- Modify the image for your own personal, non-commercial use — desktop wallpaper, personal art project, profile picture.
- Repost the image on social media, forums, blogs, or similar platforms, provided that the author credit (“© Jeff Dupler / Art by Innovation”) remains clearly visible on the image itself or in the immediately adjacent caption.
3. Prohibited uses
- Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute the image or any derivative of it, including but not limited to prints, merchandise, NFTs, stock-image listings, or paid digital products.
- Remove, obscure, alter, or replace the watermark, author credit, or copyright notice on the image.
- Train, fine-tune, or otherwise condition any AI model or dataset on the image without prior written permission from the Author.
- Claim the image as your own work.
4. Clean, unwatermarked versions
High-resolution versions without the watermark are available exclusively to members. Members images carry a stricter license — see the Members Gallery Images license.
