Refund Policy

Digital Downloads — No Refunds

All sales of digital artwork and downloadable products on Art by Innovation are final and non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds on digital purchase orders under normal circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree that you are not entitled to a refund except as described below.

Exceptions — Technical Delivery Failures

We will issue a full refund or re-deliver your files if:

  • Your download link fails and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • The files delivered are corrupted or materially different from what was described.
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error on our end.

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at jeff@artbyinnovation.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership plans (Watcher, Member, Collector) may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.

If you contact us within 24 hours of an initial membership charge and have not accessed member-only content, we will consider a refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in permanent suspension of your account. Please reach out to us — we are committed to resolving any legitimate problems quickly.
