Introducing our Natural World Album

Natural World is wildlife art built the way a nature documentary is shot: the right animal in the right place. A snow leopard gets mountain snow, a bowhead whale gets Arctic water, and the light, the plants and the other life in the frame all belong to that one habitat.

That care is why these work as backgrounds rather than stock photos. Look closely and the whole scene holds together.

What is inside

The album is split into two, land and water, with three galleries in each.

• Land Wildlife: big cats across savanna, forest, snow and jungle, elephants from African desert to Asian swamp grass, and wolves from open tundra to granite mountain.
• Underwater Wildlife: twenty species of sharks in kelp, reef and open ocean, twenty whales from tropical humpbacks to Arctic bowheads, and squid sorted by depth, down to the giants of the abyss.

Every species is placed on purpose. The cats are split by the country each one really lives in, the whales and sharks by ocean and depth, and the squid run from sunlit reef shallows down through the glowing twilight zone to the giants of the deep.

How people use them

• Desktop and phone wallpaper. A wolf on the tundra or a whale in blue water makes a calm screen you will not tire of, and the wide frames fill a TV as well.
• Classrooms and presentations. Each species sits in its real habitat, which makes these good openers for lessons and talks about nature, oceans and conservation.
• Video calls and streaming. The underwater sets are especially easy to sit in front of, with soft blue light and plenty of open water.
• Print. Members download the full-size files, made for a nursery, a study or an office wall.

Every gallery can be browsed for free. Members get the full-size downloads, and there are complete galleries given away free as well if you want to start there. If you like the habitats as much as the animals, Nature Backgrounds next door goes in close on moss, bark and forest canopy with no wildlife at all.
