Introducing our Stone Textures Album

Stone Textures is one of the ten material albums in the Textures library: real-looking stone surfaces, each shot square on with even, frontal light so the surface fills the frame from corner to corner.

It is part of the Textures album, and every gallery keeps to the real colors of its material.

What is inside

Five galleries, 250 textures in all.

• Granite: polished and honed in beige, cream, brown and blue gray, 50 textures.
• Marble: veined, breccia and polished, white to sea green, 50 textures.
• Pebbles: river stones and boulders, salt and pepper to ochre, 50 textures.
• Sandstone: wind-carved ripples in tan, rust red and blue gray, 50 textures.
• Slate: cleft, stacked and basalt in near black and blue gray, 50 textures.

Stone holds polished granite and veined marble, river pebbles, wind-carved sandstone and cleft slate, each kept to the real colors of the rock.

There is no horizon and no shadow falling across the frame, so the textures tile, crop and layer without fighting what you put on top.

How people use them

• Website and slide backgrounds. Even surfaces that sit behind text.
• 3D materials. Flat, frontal light for textures and mockups.
• Print and design. Backdrops, scrapbook pages and layers in a composite.
• Wallpaper. Full UHD for desktops and large displays.

Every gallery is free to browse at preview size, members download the full-size UHD files, and complete galleries are also given away free if you want to start there.
