LICENSE — MEMBERS GALLERY IMAGES (artbyinnovation.com)

The clean, high-resolution files in the members galleries on artbyinnovation.com are made available exclusively to active members under a strict personal-use-only license. By downloading, saving, or otherwise reproducing a members-tier image, you agree to the following terms.

1. Author & ownership

All images on this site are original works created by Jeff Dupler (“the Author”) using AI tools (Flux.1, ComfyUI, and related software) followed by human curation, retouching, and finishing in Photoshop. The Author is the sole copyright holder. Membership grants you an end-user license to view and modify the image for personal use only. No transfer of copyright, redistribution rights, or commercial rights takes place at any time.

2. Permitted uses

View, save, and download the image to your personal devices for your own use.
Modify the image for your own personal, non-commercial use — desktop wallpaper, personal art project, profile picture on your private accounts.

3. Prohibited uses

Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute the image or any derivative of it, including but not limited to prints, merchandise, NFTs, stock-image listings, or paid digital products.
Repost, redistribute, share, or upload the image to any public-facing platform, social media account, public forum, public-link cloud storage, file-sharing service, or AI training dataset.
Provide the image — in original or modified form — to any other person, including friends, family, online contacts, or non-members.
Train, fine-tune, or otherwise condition any AI model or dataset on the image.
Claim the image as your own work.

4. Sharing with others

If you would like to share the artwork with friends, please share the public watermarked version available in the public gallery, which permits reposting with author credit. See the Public Gallery Images license. The clean members file itself is not for sharing.

5. Membership cancellation

Cancelling your membership does not require you to delete previously downloaded images from your personal devices, but the prohibitions in section 3 continue to apply indefinitely. Future downloads of members-tier content will not be possible after cancellation.
